MRA is proud to announce the addition of two new Account Managers to support growth in its Specialty Reimbursement outsourcing business. MRA’s rapidly expanding customer base, which now includes three of the nation’s four largest hospital systems, requires continual investment in account management to ensure optimal quality and service delivery. With the addition of Vice Presidents Jackson Tucker and Tee Dzwonkowski, MRA is well positioned to continue to grow while maintaining the high levels of customer support that have earned the coveted Peer Reviewed by HFMA® designation for four years in a row.

Jackson Tucker joins MRA after five successful years of EPIC revenue cycle consulting with both Accenture (Sagacious Consulting Division) and Cumberland Consulting where he was focused on implementation and deployment of EPIC financial systems. He has achieved EPIC certifications in Cadence, Prelude, Resolute Professional Billing, Single Billing Office Administration, as well as Security Coordination. Jackson is a graduate of Sewanee University.

Tee Dzwonkowski joins MRA after most recently serving as a Director of Martin Ventures, the Private Equity and Family Office of Charlie Martin (founder and CEO of Vanguard Health (sold to Tenet in 2013) and OrNda Health (sold to Tenet in 1996)). Prior to working for Martin Ventures, Tee served as an accountant for Conserv Business Services and Dukes Smith & Buckalew LLP. Tee is a graduate of the University of Alabama.

“As hospitals continue to face increasing reimbursement pressure, MRA’s specialty reimbursement solutions continue to be in increasing demand,” said MRA’s CEO Bobby Rolfe. “With the addition of these two young leaders to our team, we now have a team of nine professionals responsible for managing relationships with our hospital customers, ensuring that our customers continue to receive the quality and service that they deserve.”
