MRA’s proprietary technology platform delivers advanced analytics and workflow automation that enables us to continually improve the methods we use to identify and recover maximum revenue from every accident claim.

In early 2012, MRA embarked upon building an entirely new software platform; one capable of leveraging MRA’s comprehensive experience and accident claims processing knowledge accumulated over the previous 15 years. Our platform is designed to organize the large amount of information required from the multiple industry participants (Providers, Payers, Employers, Carriers, and Attorneys) into a rules-based system that increasingly automates and optimally resolves every accident claim. The challenge of building this automated system is extremely complex due to the highly nuanced nature of this business, resulting in the US Patent Office issuing provisional US Patent Protection (patent-pending) for our system’s unique approach.
